梅は「長寿・美・忠誠」などの花言葉をもち、春を告げる縁起の良い花とされています。職人による高度な「鍛金」技術により梅の形をした盃「うめいちりん」が作られました。 盃にお酒を注ぐと、一輪の梅の花が満月の中に映し出されるようで、喜ばしいことが重なっていく様子を表しています。

The plum blossom symbolizes longevity, beauty, and loyalty, and is considered an auspicious flower that heralds spring. The "Umeichirin" sake cup, shaped like a plum blossom, was created using advanced "tankin" metalworking techniques by skilled craftsmen. When pouring sake into the cup, the image of a plum blossom appears in the center of a full moon, representing a joyous overlap of events.
